Jeff talks through what he is doing so you can understand the steps he is taking which I found very valuable. I felt like I was in class listening to the teacher and taking notes. I also found that he is a bulldog and won't give up until he solves it. Jeff never tried to upsell me, but instead, when he discovered other technical issues that should be addressed, he just went ahead and corrected them.
