I was apprehensive about giving access to my desktop to a complete stranger but needed to have my computer thoroughly checked out. Jeff is the consummate professional, he went over and beyond to repair my computer. At the end of the task, he explained in layman’s terms what was done and the reasons why. Our experience with Jeff was exceptional! He was professional, kind, explained everything very clearly and educated us on anti-virus needs and how to prevent future infections from occurring! His low price coupled with the fact that he doesn’t charge if he’s unable to fix the problem for some reason shows that he’s not in it to make top dollar and genuinely wants to just help people through their computer problems.

Before I retired, the work I performed required my fingers pounding away on a computer keyboard 80%-90% of the time. I had cause to call on SEVERAL IT specialists/technicians over my 30 year career to troubleshoot computer issues. I have never before seen a technician be so thorough, conscientious, and responsive as Jeff was.
What would normally take a tech hours to complete, Jeff performed the services in less than 2 hours. He also made beneficial antivirus recommendations that will eliminate my spending of dollars on annual antivirus renewal subscriptions. I had been putting up with my pc problems for approximately 3 months because I dreaded the thought of spending substantial dollars on pc repairs, only to find that my problems would only be semi-fixed with new issues popping up.
Jeff worked on the issues I was experiencing, and resolved them seamlessly. I experienced absolutely no frustrations as he was patient with me as he diagnosed and fixed the problems. Jeff did an amazing job helping my computer get critical updates that were not wanting to install.
