Until yesterday, Jeff had done annual clean-up for me many times, and paid attention to whatever I might have said was working slowly. However, he has now saved my sanity! A screen popped up purporting to be MS and indicating that mine had been compromised. I spoke at length with the "security specialist" who was giving me instructions and, of course, enabling his access to my desktop! Finally, I had sense enough to hang up but was petrified that I had allowed him to go far enough that I was about to be financially drained. I was able to secure an appointment in two hours by booking online, but Jeff actually called me 30" later so that I wouldn't have to wait. He repeatedly praised me for getting off the call "just in time."
