Frequently asked questions
1.How will I pay you?
First, I have to resolve your problems or there is no charge at all. If I am successful and you are happy, your invoice will be emailed you to pay at your convenience. I believe trust is a two-way street. If people are going to trust me to help them online, I must return that trust. Accepted methods of payment are PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Check.
2. How long will it take?
Most of the issues I help with typically take 60-90 minutes. With the more serious problems it can take many hours. The good news is that I do not charge by time, and you are not required to be at the computer during service.
3. At the time of my appointment, will you contact me?
Yes. You’ll be sent an email just prior to the appointment time with a link to get connected. This is followed by a phone call at the scheduled time. If you have any problems connecting, I can help with that when I call. Be sure to add jeff@thattechjeff.com to your contacts, or the email may end up in your Junk Mail.
